Expectation for serving:
Acts 6:3 (ESV) Therefore, brothers, pick out from among you seven men of good repute, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we will appoint to this duty.


1. Members of our Activated Teams should be planted in REACH Community as his/her home church and known among the members for having a relationship with Jesus.

2. Faithful attendance to a main worship service weekly. (With the understanding there will be a holiday, vacation or sickness at times) 

3. Attendance to Growth Journey course.

4. When serving pulls you out of a main service, attend a different service or group that week. 

5.Members of our serve teams should communicate when life circumstances require a break from serving in order to be cared for and spiritually fed. 

6. Members of our teams should be open to pastoral care through calls, follow up, visits and attend scheduled meetings.
