By completing this form, you acknowledge and agree that these counseling sessions will be conducted by a Counselor assigned by Reach Church Pastors. 

The Counseling sessions will be facilitated using the Bible as the guide and the leading of the Holy Spirit as our Counselor.

Our counselors are committed to maintaining confidentiality under the spiritual authority of the Pastors of Reach Church. Information will only be disclosed to Reach Pastors and any others needed, but only with written permission. Except in circumstances where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect, or when disclosure is required by law.

In keeping with biblical principles, we are dedicated to providing a safe and trustworthy environment where you may speak openly as we seek God’s wisdom and guidance together.
