General Info

We are happy to have your family join us for our Summer Camp in 2024. 
Enrollment is subject to seat availability. Submission of registration form does not guarantee seat security. Administration will contact you when registration is completed to confirm seat availability. Enrollment is only considered complete when payment is received.

Ages: 5 - 11 years old 
MUST have turned 5 years old by January 31, 2024 in order to qualify for attendance.

June Camp weeks: 
June 12-14
June 19-21
June 26-28

July Camp weeks: 
July 10-12
July 17-19
July 24-26

WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY from 8:30am-2pm

Registration Fee: $25 Per Family
Camp Fee:
$75 Per Week Per Child (3 day weeks - WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY)

Registration & Fee Payment

Participation Options and Cost Breakdown for Summer Camp.
Registration can be done for one week or all weeks of camp. 

You are only required to pay the registration fee at the time of registration. 

Camp payments will be emailed invoices with a monthly balance for the weeks your campers are registered. Thank you for checking your email regularly for updates and making your payments in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrants with and outstanding balance from current or previous programs will be placed on a waitlist until outstanding balance is resolved regardless of program availability.

Camp Week Fees are calculated per student and are as follows: 
$25 Registration Fee (Per family)
$75 Per week (Per Child)

 
Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for the week registered if a written cancellation request is sent by email a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of that week. Cancellation notice may be sent to admin@reachcommunity.net. Please ensure to confirm receipt of cancellation request.
